Delete your account

This erases your account for good. There is no undo, no grace period, and support cannot reverse it.

This action is permanent

The moment you confirm, your account and personal data are erased. Nobody can bring them back afterwards — not even us.

What deleting your account means

Read exactly what will happen before you continue. Every item below takes effect the moment you confirm:

  • Your identity is erased

    Your email, name, password, Google link and every other personal detail on the account are removed. We do not encrypt them: we overwrite them with random bytes, so nobody — including us — can read them afterwards.

  • Your customers' personal information is erased

    The names, phone numbers and custom-field values belonging to your customers are overwritten in the same operation. Business totals (sale amounts, dates, products) are kept so historical numbers still add up.

  • Your photos and files are physically deleted

    Every photo and document you uploaded to the account is removed from storage. The database row goes too — it is not merely hidden.

  • Every device is signed out

    All phones and tablets connected to this account are signed out immediately, including the device you are using right now.

  • Some cleanup may continue after you confirm

    A small amount of background work (backup rotation, log retention) may keep running after the deletion. Nothing of yours is touched by it.

  • Subscriptions are NOT cancelled

    If you have a subscription through Google Play or the App Store, deleting your DealNoty account does not cancel it and you will keep being charged. You must cancel it separately in the store where you subscribed, before or after deleting the account.

  • This cannot be undone

    There is no trash bin, no grace period, and no way for support to restore the account.

You may not need to delete your account

Most people who reach this page wanted something else. See whether one of these solves it:

  • You just want to stop using it

    Uninstall the app. Your account and your data stay here, untouched, for the day you come back. It does not expire and it costs nothing to leave idle.

  • It is about the cost

    Cancel your subscription in Google Play or the App Store and the charges stop, while your account stays on the free plan. Note: deleting the account does NOT cancel the charge — only the store can.

  • Something is broken or missing

    Tell us what happened before you go and we will gladly take a look — almost everything has a fix. If the fault turns out to be ours, our apologies in advance, and we will get it sorted as soon as we can. Write to us and we will stay on it with you until it is resolved.

Enter your email and your current password. We verify both before sending you anything: access to your inbox alone is never enough to delete an account.

Sign in with Google and have no password?

Deleting your account from here needs a password. Creating one takes under a minute:

  1. Open DealNoty on your phone.
  2. Go to the Profile section.
  3. Tap "Add password".
  4. We email you a code to confirm, and you choose your password.
  5. Come back to this page and use that password to continue.

Signing in with Google keeps working: the password is added, it does not replace it.

Pressing the red button makes all of this happen immediately, and for good:

  • Your identity (email, name, password, Google link) will be erased.
  • Your customers' names, phone numbers and custom-field values will be erased.
  • Your photos and files will be physically deleted from storage.
  • Every connected device will be signed out immediately.
  • Your Google Play or App Store subscription will NOT be cancelled and will keep charging you. Cancel it in the store where you subscribed.

There is no recovery. Nobody, support included, can undo this.
